Lift Therapeutic Massage welcomes you to The 540!
As of September 2024, Lift Therapeutic Massage began sharing the studio with individual massage therapists operating their own businesses. After 10 years managing Lift, owner Tasha Blackman decided to return to a solo practice, allowing her to dedicate more energy and time to her clients. A few things to note: Lift (Tasha) does not offer online booking; she's typically booked two to three months in advance, but does offer a waitlist; Lift gift certificates are redeemable with Tasha only.
Please call to schedule, and please leave a voicemail with contact information so your call can be returned in a timely manner. All calls pertaining to appointments will be returned within 24 hours or the next business day. Messages left after 5pm on Friday will be returned by 5pm the following Tuesday.

a small collective of dedicated massage therapists serving the community in which we live and play, and we're excited to keep the 10-year tradition of wellness alive at this location by operating side-by-side with Lift Therapeutic Massage. We look forward to welcoming new faces and serving those who've already walked through the door of The 540. All of us have a strong connection to the Fountain Fletcher District and downtown Indianapolis, either by living in the surrounding neighborhoods, working at local restaurants, mixing cocktails at some of the city's most popular bars, or performing on stage in one of the many music venues Indy has to offer.

When you walk through our door, you will find a light, relaxed atmosphere, welcoming to all! Professionalism is our top priority, along with a bit of lightheartedness and laughter. Combined, we have decades of experience serving the community!
